Yes, completely free. You upload one photo and we’ll email you a high-resolution digital preview with a small watermark. No credit card, no sign-up required. You only pay if you want to remove the watermark or order a canvas print.
Yes — one free restoration per person per email address. If you’d like multiple photos restored, our Clean Digital File ($3.99 per photo) or Memory Bundle ($89 for up to 3 photos) packages are great options.
The watermark is a small, subtle “Lumory” text overlay in the corner of the image. You can still see the full quality of the restoration. It is removed automatically when you purchase any paid package.
Most restorations are completed and emailed to you within 24 hours. During busy periods it may take up to 48 hours. Once you place a paid order, your digital file is delivered within minutes and canvas prints are shipped within 5–7 business days.
We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, and WebP files up to 20 MB. For the best results, scan your physical photo at 600 DPI or higher. A clear smartphone photo of the printed photo also works well.
Our AI handles fading, scratches, tears, stains, and creases very well. Severely torn photos (missing large areas such as a full face) may have limited results. We will always do our best and let you know honestly if the result isn’t what you hoped for — and you only pay if you love the outcome.
Your photo is used only to perform the restoration. We never share, publish, or sell your photos to third parties. Photos are stored securely and deleted from our servers within 30 days of your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Photos are uploaded over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. Only the team members involved in your restoration can access your files. We take the privacy of family memories very seriously.
We ship worldwide via our premium print partner (Printify). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days internationally.
Canvas prints are produced within 3–5 business days and then shipped. Delivery within the US typically takes 5–7 more business days. International deliveries take 7–14 business days depending on destination.
We want you to love the result. If the restoration doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us and we’ll redo it at no extra charge. If you ordered a canvas and there is a quality issue or damage in shipping, we will reprint and reship at our expense.
